Muslims Riot Over Ski Sticker

A Jewish Swede showed up at a ski resort in Kashmir, India with an Arabic sticker on his skis reading “In the name of Allah, the most beneficent, most merciful.” He says his Muslim wife gave it to him for luck, and he put it on his equipment by accident.

Local Muslims weren’t buying it. An irate mob nearly beat him. Protests over the sticker spilled over into a neighboring town, where they clashed with riot police. At last a cleric deigned to pardon him, and the mobs calmed down to wait for the next pretext to erupt.

Next time the Swede wants a sticker on his skis, it would be safer to go with John 3:16.
