Happy Kwanzaa, Commies, Racists, and Psychopaths
Kwanzaa comes once a year, but at Falk Elementary School it’s a part of the lesson plan almost every day.
On Friday, the last day of school before the holidays, students in first, second and third grade came together for a weekly morning routine called Harambee, which in Swahili means “all pull together.”
They form a circle as they dance, clap and chant in unison… [After dutifully repeating some slogans shouted by the teacher], the students recite the Nguzo Saba, the seven principles of Kwanzaa.
The seven principles are the same ones symbolized by the seven cobra heads on the flag of Patty Hearst’s psychotic Symbionese Liberation Army.
These Wisconsin kids will probably grow up without ever knowing who James Madison was. But at least they’ll know about Kwanzaa — although not the things they should know:
Kwanzaa is May Day with a menorah. This fraudulent “holiday” is an affront to God, America, and the free market. Kwanzaa’s intense glorification of socialist economics should have placed it squarely on the ash heap of history. … Kwanzaa has no basis in historical reality, nor any real religious significance. The whole concept of Kwanzaa is based on the same intellectual tradition now championed by Louis Farrakhan and David Duke — racial separatism. Only instead of wanting to send blacks back to Africa — or that elusive mothership of Farrakhan’s fantasies — Kwanzaa contributes to the resegregation of blacks by cordoning them off in a separate world, separate from the American mainstream, complete with its own fabricated traditions and godless idols.
Or as Ann Coulter has put it, Kwanzaa is
a lunatic blend of schmaltzy ’60s rhetoric, black racism and Marxism. Indeed, the seven “principles” of Kwanzaa praise collectivism in every possible arena of life — economics, work, personality, even litter removal.
The phony holiday was invented by convicted torturer Ron Everett, aka Maulana Karenga of United Slaves, a Marxist black power cult so radical that they resorted to murder in their competition with the Black Panthers.
When Karenga was asked to distinguish Kawaida, the philosophy underlying Kwanzaa, from “classical Marxism,” he essentially explained that under Kawaida, we also hate whites. While taking the “best of early Chinese and Cuban socialism” — which one assumes would exclude the forced abortions, imprisonment of homosexuals and forced labor — Kawaida practitioners believe one’s racial identity “determines life conditions, life chances and self-understanding.”
In other words, Kwanzaa is the worship of moonbattery at its most destructive, which is why progressives prefer it to Christmas.
