Amash: “Obama is setting the stage for something very dangerous in the future.”

Rep. Justin Amash says the Executive Branch has too much power and Obama is setting the future up for hard tyranny:

“I think it’s scary the direction the government is going, regardless of whether you have a Republican President or a Democratic President,” Amash told The Daily Caller. “We have an executive branch that is getting way too powerful, and President Obama is setting the stage for something very dangerous in the future.”

Now before all the Obamatons start chanting “Racist, racist, racist…” note that he said “Republican president of Democratic President.” This isn’t about ideology. It’s about an imbalance in power.

The executive branch has too much:

“I think as a Congress we need to step up and point out and take charge and point out when the President is going beyond his constitutional powers, which is frequent, and we have got to do something about it and we haven’t done that as a Congress,” he reportedly said.
