Yesterday the Moonbat Messiah turned stomachs with his inappropriate demeanor when he gave a jaunty “shout-out” to “Congressional Medal of Honor winner” Joe Medicine Crow before belatedly getting around to delivering his obligatory words of regret over Religion of Peacenik Nidal Malik Hasan’s horrific killing spree. However, NewsBusters informs us that Joe Medicine Crow, said to be the last living Plains Indian war chief, didn’t even win the Congressional Medal of Honor, but the Medal of Freedom. Chairman Zero awarded it to him himself just last August. But medals and stuff are all kind of the same to a community organizer.

Obama is an asshat, as per usual, but Joe Medicien Crow has a cool freaking biography straight out of a Louis L’Amour novel:

“His step-grandfather, White Man Runs Him [I wish Native American naming conventions would have stuck in American culture], was a scout for George Armstrong Custer and an eyewitness to the battle.”

“As a scout for the 103rd Infantry Division in WWII, Joe Medicine Crow completed all four tasks required to become a war chief. He touched a living enemy soldier (1), disarmed an enemy (2), led a successful war party (3), and stole an enemy horse (4), making a midnight raid to steal the horses from a battalion of German officers (as he rode off, he sang a traditional Crow honor song.) His demeanor was completely inappropriate given the events he was about to discuss. As soon as he said, “shout out” I changed the channel. I already knew he was incompetent but his cluelessness astounded me.

Thanks for the background information on the guy. He definitely sounds pretty remarkable.

Honestly, though, it makes Obama’s choice to give him a “shout out” all the more cringe-inducing, even if circumstances had been different. “Shout out” always struck me as something offered to your buddies and pals, not superhero.
