Obama Disagrees With Federal Judge’s Decision On Pipeline Approval – Just Issued An Override… [VIDEO]

I’m sorry…[1] when did the executive branch take precedence over the judicial branch of our government? I must have missed the memo. Obama’s Administration just ruled on the Dakota Access oil pipeline. That is private property – how do they have the constitutional power to do this? They don’t. The DOJ, the Army and the Interior Department used the National Environmental Policy Act to overrule a court’s ruling that the pipeline in North Dakota could go ahead. Why is the Army involved in this?

The Dakota Access Pipeline Project is an approximate 1,172-mile, 30-inch diameter pipeline that would transport light, sweet crude oil from North Dakota’s Bakken region through South Dakota and Iowa into Illinois. I submit to you that Warren Buffet and his railroads have a great deal to do with this move.

From The Hill[3]:

The Department of Justice, the Army and the Interior Department jointly announced that construction would pause on the pipeline near North Dakota’s Lake Oahe, a major water source on the Missouri River for the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe.

The agencies will now decide whether they need to reconsider permitting decisions for the pipeline under the National Environmental Policy Act.

“The Army will move expeditiously to make this determination, as everyone involved — including the pipeline company and its workers — deserves a clear and timely resolution,” the agencies said in a statement. “In the interim, we request that the pipeline company voluntarily pause all construction activity within 20 miles east or west of Lake Oahe.”

The Standing Rock Sioux Tribe sued to stop this project after it was approved by the Army Corps of Engineers and a federal judge ruled Friday that regulators had acted properly when issuing permitting for the project, according to The Hill. Again… I ask you… why is the Army Corps of Engineers in the middle of this?

Hundreds of loony protesters descended on these contractors to take a stand against the project — they call themselves “protectors.” They aren’t just crazy though… they are violent. They are also connected to Black Lives Matter and radical communists.

Dakota Access developers had no comment on the decision, but the Midwest Alliance for Infrastructure Now, a group supporting the pipeline, said it was “deeply troubling and could have a long-lasting chilling effect on private infrastructure development in the United States.” And that is exactly what was meant to be the message. Private property and business is no longer private… it is controlled by the government. Communism has arrived, or more appropriately… fascism.
