Brad Pitt Has Just UNLEASHED A Major Attack On ALL Trump Supporters…

Or did he? Frankly, I don’t really think so. I’m sure he’s no fan of Trump, but I can’t find where he supports Hillary either. I don’t support Trump, but I sure as hell don’t support Hillary. Why is it that Trumpsters keep trying to paint everyone who doesn’t line up behind their candidate as being ‘for Hillary’? That’s a false argument and just not true.

Brad Pitt told The New York Times he can’t imagine Trump being in charge. Frankly, I can’t either. I’m certainly not convinced he won’t be just as bad as Hillary. He’s no conservative by any means and I think most people are voting for him, praying that he will do something conservative. I think that is a false hope. I guess we’ll see.

From the Conservative Tribune:

It is regarded as fairly common knowledge that most of Hollywood leans left politically, so when a popular movie star take a shot at the supporters of the Republican presidential nominee, it’s not much of a surprise.

Prominent actor and director Brad Pitt recently sat down for an interview with The New York Times to discuss a range of topics, one of which was billionaire businessman Donald Trump and the people who support his bid for the presidency.

“I can’t bring myself to think that Trump will be in charge,” Pitt said. “In the simplest terms, what brings us together is good, and what separates us is bad.”

“When things are going wrong and we can’t find the reason for it, we just start creating enemies,” he continued, referencing a line from his recent movie “The Big Short” about the 2008 economic crisis.

As to the “extremism, bigotry, religiosity and fear” that the liberal media has tarred Trump and his supporters with harboring, Pitt said, “Coming from Oklahoma, southern Missouri, which leans more toward a Trump voice, I try to understand it.”

“You gotta understand, that [racism is] also in our DNA,” Pitt explained. “Most Americans don’t have time to watch CNN and Fox and Al Jazeera. They’re trying to make the rent, get the kids fed, they’re tired when they get home and they want to forget about everything. And so suddenly when this voice comes in — and it doesn’t have to be a voice of substance — saying he’s fed up with all of this, that’s the part that hooks into the DNA.”

I respect my friends who are going to vote for Trump and I appreciate their reasoning. For me, I just can’t violate my principles that way and I won’t. I won’t vote for the lesser of two evils, because it is still evil.

Frankly, I think Brad Pitt is a good person. He did not disparage Donald Trump or his followers. He just doesn’t see things from that point of view. Since when in this country is it a crime to not agree with someone else? That seems to be the case these days. If you aren’t voting for someone’s candidate, then you are evil and the enemy. I have never viewed it that way. If you are a Progressive, a fascist, a Marxist, a socialist or a communist… then yeah… you are the enemy. But to label Pitt as some kind of demon because he doesn’t support Donald Trump is specious and failed logic.

Where Brad Pitt gives me pause is when he talks of a ‘global neighborhood’. That starts to sound very Marxist to me. And if he can’t figure out why we want to take our country back and what that means, he is definitely out of touch. But don’t tell me not supporting Trump is akin to supporting Hillary. That’s just not true.
