Ted Nugent, Kid Rock to Join Forces to Record New Song: ‘Kiss My Rebel Ass’

Last week RightWingNews reported that liberals were attempting to force rock singer Kid Rock to publicly disavow the Confederate flag. Now Kid Rock is teaming with ultra patriot Ted Nugent to record a new song to answer to CS flag detractors.

Last week the left attacked Kid Rock demanding that he disavow the Confederate flag. The next day he made a response through Fox News. But now Rock intends to team up with Nugent.

The song is to be deliciously titled “Kiss My Rebel Ass.”

Ted Nugent and Kid Rock have reportedly teamed up to record a song in support of the Confederate flag.

The song, titled “Kiss My Rebel Ass,” was reportedly written and recorded in the space of a day after Nugent, seeing that Kid Rock had invited anyone protesting his use of the flag at his concerts to “kiss my ass,” reached out to express his support via text message.

“When you get a text from the Nuge, you know you’ve done something right,” laughed Rock during a joint appearance the two made on WWJ Newsradio 950. Added Nugent, “Rock ‘n’ roll ain’t supposed to be nice — it’s supposed to hit you upside the head with a tire iron, and that is exactly what this song does.”

Nugent, who’s been typically outspoken in his disappointment with the recent removal of the flag from the statehouse grounds in South Carolina, weighed in on the subject during a recent appearance on the World Positive Thinkers podcast.

“I believe that we always have to look at substance over symbolism, and I think we have to be honest,” argued Nugent. “If we burned every Confederate flag today, would they stop shooting each other in Chicago? If we burned every Confederate flag today, would we stop sanctuary cities from accommodating murderers and rapists and savage people?”

Bet this song sells millions!
