When Her Big Brother Started Crying On Camera, His Little Sister’s Reaction Is Priceless [Video]

There’s nothing like the bond between a brother and a sister. This is incredibly moving because Trenton loves Lindsay so very much and feels she is his best friend. To have such a serious birth defect and to have a brother that is so caring and loving as this, is truly heart warming. It does make you want to cry. When Trenton does cry because of his love for his little sister on camera, Lindsey’s expression was priceless. She looked embarrassed and then very, very happy. What great children these parents have.

From Qpolitical:

Lindsay Cochran is Trenton’s little sister who despite being born with a rare birth defect known as Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), isn’t kept from being the best friend of her big brother.

“Just cause she’s different doesn’t mean she doesn’t like, fit in,” said her protective older brother. For real, his love for his little sis is one of the sweetest things we’ve ever seen. Wait until 1:50 when his tears flow and her face is just priceless!

The Cochran family won the Unsung Hero Award presented by K-LOVE and they have definitely left us with a sweet reminder of what love really looks like.

I hope a cure is found that will help little Lindsay and soon. Her brother runs the 5K for her every year as do many others. In the meantime, I believe that God has blessed this family in very special ways. The love they have for one another… the selflessness and the kindness… it’s all wondrous in itself. I bet these two siblings have a blast together and that’s the way it should be for all of us.
