Aaron Worthing Wins Blow for Free Speech, Then Gets SWATed

Earlier today, *Aaron Worthing’s illicitly imposed muzzle was lifted from him by a successful stay of foolish Judge Vaughey’s “flagrantly unconstitutional prior restraint upon” upon Worthing’s rights to free speech. And then? Well, then some criminal leftist SWATed him.

For those unaware of the details of this story check out Dana Loesch’s May 25 post here. But essentially, a convicted left-wing, domestic terrorist named Brett Kimberlin began a campaign to use nuisance lawsuits and vicious, false accusations to get Mr. Worthing sent to jail because Worthing had the temerity to expose him for the criminal he is.

Then, a dull witted, aged “judge” that has no clue what all these Internets stuff is all about, stepped on Mr. Worthing’s rights to free speech with an illogically constituted injunction.

When the stay of Vaughey’s order summarily quashing Worthing’s right to write blog posts about his ordeal was lifted, that gave back toWorthing his Constitutional right to talk about his situation.

Mr. Worthing took the occasion of the restoration of his rights to ask people not to harass Mr. Kimberlin and to leave Kimberlin’s family alone as well. And what did Mr. Worthing get for his kindness?

He got SWATed.

On the evening of Monday, June 25, Patterico now reports that someone called the police in Walker’s home town and told them that Worthing had “shot” his wife.

Patterico says that he spoke with Mr. Worthing who said he was a “little shaken up” but both he and his wife were OK. The cops came to the house, automatic weapons at the ready, but quickly sized up the situation realizing it was another SWATing hoax.

SWATing is when someone calls the police on another person giving police a false story about trouble, drugs, shootings, or other situations that might cause police to go to the victim’s home, guns drawn, to investigate. What the left-wing SWATers hope is that the conservative upon whom the police were called will end up shot at the hands of the police. So, it is a SWATing, as in police SWAT teams have been illegally sicced upon the victims.

But this is how the left operates, folks. They pretend they are the victims all the while perpetrating crimes against their foes. This is how left-wingers and Democrats have always worked. Remember the Fugitive Slave Law, remember Jim Crow? Democrats claimed they were the victims then, too, and then used a form of lawfare as warfare against their enemies.

Sadly, Mr. Worthing has lost his job because of the left’s criminal actions. In his June 25 blog post he details that suffering.

My wife and I have lost our jobs due to the harassment of convicted terrorist Brett Kimberlin, including an attempt to get us killed and to frame me for a crime carrying a sentence of up to ten years. I know that claim sound fantastic, but if you read starting here, you will see absolute proof of these claims using documentary and video evidence.

This tale is long from being over, but let us hope that in the end the law wins out and Kimberlin and his left-wing pals are the ones that end up in jail.

Who is Brett Kimberlin?
