Jan Brewer Reminds Obama Administration: Reading is Fun!
Written By : Lori Ziganto

Reading is fun! And fundamental to, you know, comprehending laws prior to demonizing them. Of course, the Obama Administration and other Democrats aren’t reading the law partially so as to give themselves that whole plausible deniability cover, together with their usual childish “La la la, I can’t hear you – and don’t care to anyway” behavior, but that doesn’t fly. Willful ignorance is not a valid excuse for blatant, purposeful lying and denigrating of American citizens.

Anyway, here’s a little family fun, via Arizona Governor Jan Brewer and SecureTheBorderAZ’s new ad (H/T Ace). Your little ones can enjoy it too, while you are giggling madly (at least, I did). That’s what I call bringing people together!

That little youtube ditty takes me back to my halcyon days of preschool reading class…. you remember the “See Dick and Jane run. See Spot run”…(so it was the early '50's. You got a problem with that?) reading aloud in class and people snickering when you made a mistake? no? well you missed some exciting tales there! (and there's a teachable moment there too if you didn't catch it) Peer pressure can force you to succeed if you turn the teasing and ridicule to your advantage and outdo the instigators of the teasing and ridicule! Life lesson learned. Don't go crying to teacher. Rise above the critics and show them you are better than they think.

Wow, was competition a novel concept back in those days? At least I got edumacated instead of indoctrinated. Hell, even Abe Lincoln's father attempted to stop him from learning to read but he pressed on regardless and look how he turned out.

The power that learning to read gives someone and using that power prior to being critical of a document (law in this case) keeps you from showing your ignorance. Pure arrogance and ignorance abounds in the White House and Congress and it's become more apparent to me since I started paying attention to the minutia of politics in the last few years.

Forgive me for taking the long way around to getting to the point but if those 'politicians' could get their heads out of their butts for a few minutes and come up for some fresher (but still polluted) air, they might be able to see how ignorant they come across on TV. Maybe someone should make them watch all the comments they make and have them critique themselves, Nawww that wouldn't work either, they'd just comment how brilliant they are.

Send them all to the nearest veterinarian's office or Safeway pharmacy for a full frontal lobotomy!

    That's all…….
