Kentucky County Clerk Still Defying Courts, Won’t Issue Gay ‘Marriage’ Licenses

Rowan County, Kentucky Clerk Kim Davis has steadfastly refused to issue marriage licenses to gay couples quite despite the Supreme Court’s ruling forcing gay marriage on the nation. She was recently told by the SCOTUS that her claim to religious exemption is illegitimate. But Davis is still refusing to issue the licenses.

Davis asked the SCOTUS to allow her to have a religious exemption from issuing the licenses, but the court said absolutely not and said she must issue the papers.

But Davis apparently doesn’t care what the court says. She is refusing to resign and also refusing to issue the licenses.
