Smug NY Times Moonbat Smirks and Gloats

If you aren’t angry enough yet to do whatever you can to dislodge our socialist rulers from power before they totally destroy this country, check out the recent opinion piece in the New York Times by smug moonbat Charles M. Blow, who proclaims that the alleged “bullying, threats, and acts of violence” by patriots opposed to the federal government seizing control of the healthcare system are

an extension of a now-familiar theme: some version of “take our country back.” The problem is that the country romanticized by the far right hasn’t existed for some time, and its ability to deny that fact grows more dim every day. President Obama and what he represents has jolted extremists into the present and forced them to confront the future. And it scares them.

The future they have planned is scary, all right.

A woman (Nancy Pelosi) pushed the health care bill through the House. The bill’s most visible and vocal proponents included a gay man (Barney Frank) and a Jew (Anthony Weiner). And the black man in the White House signed the bill into law. It’s enough to make a good old boy go crazy.

That is, if you’re not on board with communism by increasingly large increments, you are RACIST! SEXIST! ANTI-GAY! This is what passes for intellect among our condescending ruling class.

Meanwhile, in a poll of conservative bloggers that came out today here at Right Wing News, the most popular figure on the right is Thomas Sowell. But back to the alternate reality inhabited by Charles Blowhard, who proclaims that patriotic Tea Partiers are “anachronistic” because according to Quinnipiac University we are

disproportionately white, evangelical Christian and “less educated … than the average Joe and Jane Six-Pack.” This at a time when the country is becoming more diverse (some demographers believe that 2010 could be the first year that most children born in the country will be nonwhite), less doctrinally dogmatic, and college enrollment is through the roof. The Tea Party, my friends, is not the future.

You may want “your country back,” but you can’t have it. That sound you hear is the relentless, irrepressible march of change. Welcome to America: The Remix.

Aka the USSA. To sum up: only redneck honkies believe in liberty, and soon you’ll be washed away in a demographic tide.

Liberals of all complexions eat this stuff up. That’s why amnesty is next on the Statist agenda.

The premature gloating makes the progressive objective all too clear. When they say they want to Change the country we love, they mean they want to obliterate it.

Blowhard says we can’t have our country back.

Show me one intellectual idea from the mad hatters. One solution to, say, the income disparity in this country. I guess it’s easier to pretend it’s a natural disparity or that it doesn’t exist. Both conusions demonstrate an inability to connect the dots betwen more than three ideas at a time.

For example listen to what staininunderwear has to fart about this. Stain?

Just wondering, Blow’s logic is that people have to be bigots and haters if they oppose the Government Health Insurance Takeover act so that must mean he’s one for supporting it when gays, women, and blacks oppose it too, right? I mean, if that’s your standard.

Then again, logic, maturity, consistency, and honor are almost totally lacking on the left these days. At least when Bush was in office, some of you had a little of these things. Even those are gone now. Just look at what’s happened to libliever.

There is an easy solution to the income disparity in this country. To those that don’t have enough income… get off the couch and get a job. The government won’t tale care of you forever. If you are lucky, you’ll get some meaningless job in a worthless corporation. And them, you’ll be just like Jack!

Best solutions to low wages: quality education, good work ethic, and a free market economy.

Now that won’t eliminate income disparity, it will simply elevate everyone from their original station in life. So if your goal is to bleed the rich dry and ensure mediocrity for all that won’t help. But I don’t see income equality that pushes society downward at the expense of the majority as a good thing.

Notice, the left doesn’t care about how well or badly the poor are doing, they only care about income disparity. The focus isn’t on the status of the poor but on the relative difference between them and the rich. So if the poor are doing very well, that doesn’t matter if the rich make too much more than them.

That’s why President Obama is working to redefine poverty to include this envy-based criteria. Poverty is to include how well off the rich are versus the poor. Thus a nation where everyone is equally miserable would have less poverty than one where (like the US) the poor do pretty well but the rich are much richer.

It has never been about the poor for guys like that. Its about “equality” and “social justice” which always, always translates into “making everyone equally miserable under crushing tyranny.”

Understand something you numbskull. Real wages have been stagnant or falling for everyone that makes less than $60k a year for twenty years while people with more money than they know what to do with have increased their wealth. For you to ignore that the poorest people work the hardest for the least pay in a cycle of poverty created by the system you celebrate is just simple stupidity in your part. Sure o have mine and you may have yours, but unless you make more than $250k a year you have more in common with the working poor than you do the greedy rich.

A conservative like Stain thinks he’s poor because other people take advantage of him. He doesn’t realize how rich he is because he has no perspective from travel and education.

A liberal like myself knows he is wealthy compared to most people because I gave lived abroadcand have sn education. My income could be middle class by scraping a bit more off the very top, which the top won’t miss and which can be better utilized by more people. A sort of economic democracy. Social justice in fact and perfectly in line with the teachings of Christ.
