Super Awesome Obama Budget Gets 97-0 Vote

That would be 97 against, zero for

No senators voted for President Obama’s 2012 budget when it came up for a vote in the Senate Wednesday.

A procedural vote to move forward on the president’s plan failed 0-97.

Just minutes earlier, the Senate failed to advance Rep. Paul Ryan’s (R-Wis.) budget plan by a vote of 40-57 as five Republicans voted against their party.

Now, this story was from Wednesday, but, it’s rather interesting that it received very little attention, said attention all being on the Ryan budget. Most stories were on the blogs from MSM sites, such as only being on The Hill’s blog, not as a regular story. So, this goes to show that Senate Democrats actually do sort of have a budget plan. One which none of them like.
