BREAKING: After Trump STRIKES Syria – Israel Announces BOLD Move!

National leaders have been flocking to microphones and social media to show their support for President Trump’s move on Syria. From Great Britain, “The UK Government fully supports the US action, which we believe was an appropriate response to the barbaric chemical weapons attack launched by the Syrian regime, and is intended to deter further attacks.” And others like, Chancellor Angela Merkel of Germany and President François Hollande of France say that President Bashar al-Assad of Syria “bears sole responsibility” for the strike. Seems all the sane nations approve including our long-time ally, Israel (we’ve missed you Israel, glad to be friends again).

On Twitter, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu expressed full support for President Donald Trump’s decision to launch nearly five dozen missiles at a Syrian airfield Friday morning in response to a chemical weapons attack.

The airfield is where the planes were launched that dropped chemical weapons on a town in Syria’s Idlib providence Tuesday, which killed 74 and injured over 550.

“In words and actions President Trump sent a strong and clear response: The use of chemical weapons is unacceptable,” Netanyahu said after Trump’s retaliatory strike.

And then just 10 minutes later, he tweeted support again. I’m guessing he was a little excited to see that the United States has a strong president again.

The Israeli prime minister, along with the rest of our allied nations, hopes Trump’s action will send a strong message to Syria, Iran and North Korea that the use of weapons of mass destruction will not be tolerated by the international community.

“Israel fully and unequivocally supports the presidents decision and hopes the clear message will reverberate not only in Damascus but also in Tehran, Pyongyang and other places,” Netanyahu stated.

Even the Israeli President Reuven Rivlin gave praise to the U.S. for their “fitting and appropriate response” to Syria’s continued use of chemical weapons.

“In acting as it has, the United States serves as an example to the entire free world, which must support any step required to bring the atrocities in Syria to an end,” Rivlin said.

Trump’s missile strike against Syria was fully supported by Israel. Former Israeli Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon blasted the Obama administration for doing nothing when Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad crossed the redline in 2013. He stated that America’s inaction gave Assad the confidence to carry out the chemical weapons attack on Tuesday.

But things have changed dramatically following the U.S. attack on Syria.

“The U.S. attack on Syria delivered an important and necessary message from the entire free world, led by the United States, that it will note tolerate the war crimes of [Syrian President] Bashar Assad’s regime against innocent civilians,” said Israel’s current Defense Minister, Avigdor Lieberman, in a statement Friday morning.

Thanks President Trump for showing the world once again how the United States leads.
