Barry University Suspends Student for Helping James O’Keefe Make Exposé Video

James O’Keefe’s guerilla journalism is really getting to the liberals running the establishment. Their ham-fisted reaction is what you might expect:

Barry University has suspended a student reporter for her participation in a Project Veritas video that featured a university coordinator assisting in the creation of an ISIS club on campus.

The student journalist, identified only as Laura, recorded her efforts trying to launch a “Sympathetic Students in Support of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria,” student group last week.

For helping to reveal that the educrats running this allegedly Christian school are so moonbatty they would support the satanic maniacs comprising the Islamic State, Laura was accused of “disruption of the University community and the creation of a hostile environment for members of the University staff.”

Talk about a hostile environment. Conform, keep your mouth shut about how evil we are, or get kicked out. Those are the options our liberal overlords present to students at the erstwhile “marketplace of ideas.”

Laura, a senior majoring in communications, was recently recognized as a Senior of Distinction by the Barry University Communications Department.

Distinction isn’t always a good thing. Under rule by egalitarians, the nail that stands out gets hammered down.

In case you missed the video:

Let’s hope this assault on Laura’s civil rights and on freedom of the press results in some Streisand Effect publicity for Barry University.
