Bring On The Anarchists

Harry Reid has opened his big mouth yet again, and as you would imagine, the results are rather absurd.

So according to Reid, the Tea Party is just a bunch of anarchists who don’t have the guts to admit that we’re anarchists?

Reid’s comments are so wrong on so many levels…though I suspect that is exactly why he chose to say them.:  Equating the Tea Party to anarchists is Harry Reid’s way of saying “these people are completely unreasonable and should not be listened to.”:  It’s the basic equivalent of calling someone a “birther.”:  It doesn’t matter whether the allegation is true or not, just repeat it often enough, and it will become commonplace in the American lexicon.:  Personally, I expect Harry Reid’s words to be the start of a new trend.:  Start looking for Democratic politicians and the left-wing media to start referring to the Tea Party as “anarchists,” just as they now refer to tax hikes as “revenue increases.”

The absurdity of Reid’s name calling is summed up by one of his last statements: “Government is not inherently bad. Government is inherently good.”:  This statement is inherently wrong, unless you just love the thought of tangling each and every American up in a bureaucratic mess of fraud, waste and inefficiency…which, apparently, Harry Reid does.

The U.S. government has grown leaps and bounds since Barack Obama took power, and the Tea Party does attempt to throw a wrench into the works of the Democrats’ socialist schemes, because they are what is tearing our nation apart.:  But this wholly inaccurate statement by the Senate Majority Leader is just his lame attempt to marginalize conservatives.
