Arrested for Carrying Board With “High Powered Rifle” Written on It

If children can be investigated by the State Police for making gun gestures with their fingers, why shouldn’t adults be arrested for this?

Authorities say a man has been arrested after bringing a 2 x 4 board with the words “High Powered Rifle” written on it into Sandy Hook Elementary School in Strasburg, Va.

The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office says 33-year-old Christopher Johnson was detained by a school resource officer before being taken into custody by police. …

No one was injured.

What a relief. You can get nasty splinters from carrying boards.

The point was to show how easily a maniac could carry a real gun into the school, despite any number of laws against it. Whether the gun is legal makes even less difference than whether it is real.

Meanwhile, our moonbat rulers sneer at the idea of armed guards for schools.
