Watch this nurse’s priceless reaction when her paralysis patient stands up [Video]

In a society awash with ever more escalating bad news and evil crap, this is truly heart warming. A nurse came to work and was going to visit a young woman who was a patient that had become inexplicably paralyzed from the waist down 11 days previously… as she neared the girl in the wheelchair, she stood up and walked to her. The overwhelming joy and wonder that showed on the nurse’s face and in her demeanor brings tears to your eyes. That is one angel who witnessed a miracle from God. The girl started walking just as suddenly as she stopped – right into the arms of that nurse. She started walking earlier in the day, but wanted to surprise the nurse and boy did she.

Love our nurses!”(Photo: ramurrill)

From KHOU:

Nurses see a lot of patients and often hide their emotions, but that doesn’t mean they don’t care.

Ramurrill’s video on YouTube is the perfect example of that:

“Our daughter, Bailey, had complete paralysis from the waist down for 11 days with no explanation as to why. This video is of one of her favorite nurses coming onto her shift and not knowing that Bailey had started walking this day.”

“We should give up on celebrities and sports “heroes” and admire/look up to more people like this nurse,” responded viewer Chumprock.

Talk about someone who truly cares… Bailey was not just being taken care of, she was loved and worried over by this woman. Now, that is a heroic nurse – one we should all look up to. Helping Bailey was obviously a labor of love for this nurse – what a lovely video. It is the miracles, small and great, that lift us up and get us through life. I revel in this girl’s triumph and the happiness and giving of her nurse. People should wear wonderful events like this as armor. It is the fight worth living for.
