VIDEO: Hillary Clinton Dodges a Question from Fox’s Ed Henry on Her Potential Perjury

Did Hillary Clinton sign a form promising to turn over her person records when she left the White House? To sign that form and not turn over the records would be perjury, but when questioned by Fox News correspondent Ed Henry on the matter, she completely avoided the question.

hillary fox news

Outside of a Manhattan event celebrating Saint Patrick’s Day, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton dodged a question from Fox News senior White House correspondent Ed Henry over whether or not she signed a State Department form vowing to turn over all her personal records upon leaving the White House.

In the footage, which aired on “The Real Story with Gretchen Carlson,” Clinton walks into a hotel flanked by staffers. ”Hello, Madame Secretary,” Henry yells, with the statement in his hand. “Did you sign the separation statement before you left State? Did you sign that statement?”

But Clinton wasn’t saying. “Hi! How are you?” she asked as she was hustled away.

The separation statement in question, Form 109, must be signed by all State Department employees upon leaving office. The statement makes clear that if the employee knowingly signs the statement but fails to turn all pertinent documents, they can be charged with a crime.

A Clinton committing perjury? The entire nation will surely be shocked, shocked!, to hear that news.
