The Irritated Mom Who Publicly Shamed Her “Bully Son” On Facebook

Having a kid who disappoints you isn’t an uncommon thing, though depending on the disappointment it could be a fairly painful experience for a parent.

And here’s a case in which one mother responds to a particularly acute disappointment by giving her son a taste of his own medicine

You do not want to get on the wrong side of this mum.

Terri Day Evans was so horrified when her 12-year-old son Jacob stamped on a girl’s foot so hard he broke her shoe, she decided to publicly shame him on the social network.

Using the hashtag #Iwillnothaveabullyinmyhouse, she revealed she would be making Jacob use his birthday money to buy the girl new shoes and a bunch of flowers by way of an apology.

Here’s the whole Facebook post…

Naturally, she had a host of faux-outraged people taking up for her son, and how he’ll be “scarred” for the rest of his life by having his exploits bullying girls made public.

Aren’t you sick of those faux-outrage busybodies? This is a parent using what means she can to get hold of her kid. In the old days he’d take a beating, but that’s no longer acceptable – and we don’t see any good parenting tips being offered in order to bring an out-of-control child to heel.

Good for you, Mrs. Evans. Do what you have to do.
