EXPLOSIVE! Rep. Jim Jordan: ‘We’re Going to Subpoena’ FBI’s McCabe, Strzok

Representative Jim Jordan shocked the audience of Fox News’ Judge Janine Pirro when he announced that he wants to subpoena FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe and Peter Strzok, who was removed from the Russian probe after it was discovered that he had sent anti-Trump texts to his mistress, who also worked in the FBI.

“We’re going to subpoena Andrew McCabe, subpoena Peter Strzok,” Jordan said with certainty.

Good. We need to make sure that this issue is as fair and balanced as possible, given that the legitimacy of the Trump Presidency is on the line here.

“Let’s get all the documents, let’s bring them in for depositions,” he continued. “Let’s put them on the same witness stand that Rosenstein sat in last week and Sessions sat on a few weeks ago and ask them the same tough questions so the American people can get the answers.”

One of the texts in question that is raising a lot of eyebrows reads as follows: “I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy’s office – that there’s no way he gets elected – but I’m afraid we can’t take that risk. It’s like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you’re 40.” This was sent from Strzok on August 15, 2016. Many people believe that the “Andy” being discussed in this message is actually the FBI deputy director, Andrew McCabe.

“Andy is presumably Andrew McCabe … and this text is very troubling because it suggests that they’re doing something, they have a plan to take action to make sure that Donald Trump does not get elected president of the United States at the highest levels of the Federal Bureau of Investigation,” said House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte regarding the text.

In a series of texts, Strzok can be seen calling Trump an “idiot” and much worse.

It would be a good idea to subpoena these guys and see if anything unseemly has been going on behind the scenes of the Russia investigation. We need to make sure that everything is as transparent as possible. So far there seems to be no evidence that Trump had anything to do with Russia during the election, but if there is information it needs to come out. However, if there isn’t anything implicating the President in collusion, then we also need to know that as well, and we don’t need anyone investigating the case to have a bias one way or the other. That’s a really good way to have the overall results doubted in the eyes of the public.
