SooperMexican Vs. The Mainstream Media On WAWAs

It would have been unimaginable 20 years ago — well-funded, respected mainstream media outlets like MSNBC being completely scooped and humiliated by a small, relatively unknown blogger called SooperMexican. Yet, that’s exactly what happened. Among others, MSNBC has been pushing a deceptively edited video of a Mitt Romney speech and it was SooperMexican who blew a hole the size of the Grand Canyon in it.

Today it’s being widely reported that Romney had a moment were he was amazed at the existence of WAWAs, a convenience/gas store, and the electronic touchtone ordering of sandwiches. They have spun this to make it seem like he’s out of touch — BUT THE VIDEO IS EDITED.

In actuality, Mitt was contrasting the ridiculous over-regulation of the public sector, with the efficiency of the private sector, and used the electronic ordering system at WAWAs as an example — here’s the FULL video from a Ron Paulestinian in the crowd:

When people say the mainstream media is biased, this is exactly what they mean. MSNBC and other liberal sources deliberately tried to trick their audiences. Yet these are the same people who claim to have multiple layers of fact checkers. These are the same people who claim to be the standard for news. Of course, if they were what they claimed to be, they wouldn’t need SooperMexican to fact check and correct their spotty reporting.
