NBC Fawns Over Russian Communism As A ‘Pivotal Experiment’ In History
By: Terresa Monroe-Hamilton
Communism is a pivotal experiment performed by sadists and NBC is swooning at the thought of global sadism. The 2014 Olympics seems to me to be a celebration of all things ‘red’ and a fond memorial to Stalin who killed over 20 million and Lenin who was a monster in his own right. Good times, comrades.
While the Russkies celebrate Russia’s industrial revolution during Joseph Stalin’s era, which cost millions of lives, our media outlet, NBC is running Russian propaganda that extols the virtues of communism:
Narrated by “Game of Thrones” actor, Peter Dinklage
The towering presence, the empire that ascended to affirm a colossal footprint. The revolution that birthed one of modern history’s pivotal experiments. But if politics has long shaped our sense of who they are, it’s passion that endures. As a more reliable route to their collective heart. What they build in aspirations, lifted by imagination. What they craft, through the wonder of every last detail. How magical the fusion of sound and movement can be. How much a glass of distilled perfection and an overflowing table can matter. Discover the Russian people through these indelible signatures. Discover what we share with them through the games that open here tonight.
I’m not surprised by any of this, considering that NBC is a Progressive/Marxist propaganda machine for the Obama Administration. Chess champion and Human Rights Foundation chair, Garry Kasparov, came right out and accused NBC Sports of pushing Putin propaganda.
There was shock and outrage in the Twitter universe. Some notable quotes:
Obama isn’t attending. Nope… he’s giving an interview on NBC though where he looks stoned. How appropriate for the masses.
Kristinn Taylor had this to say:
President Barack Obama left many viewers with the impression that he was stoned on drugs during his interview broadcast Friday night on NBC as part of the network’s coverage of the Sochi Olympics opening ceremony. The session with Bob Costas was taped Thursday by remote with Obama at the White House and Costas in Sochi, Russia.
This screen capture posted to Twitter by M. Joseph Parry shows Obama with droopy eyelids, bloodshot eyes and a droopy mouth.
Parry commented: “Uh, I am pretty sure President Obama is high in this NBC sports interview.”
Parry was not alone in his observation. Twitter lit up with user’s astonishment at Obama’s stoned appearance in the interview.
Obama was a stoner in high school and college to the point he reportedly sucked the last wisp of pot smoke from the interior roof of cars when he and the choom gang, as he and his druggie friends called themselves, got high.
Putin and Obama have degraded and cheapened what was once a celebration of national pride and accomplishment. While the athletes are still heroes and the people of Russia are still just like you and me… our leaders not so much. Global tyrants who are reshaping the face of geopolitics and who are hellbent on communism as the final solution, with a sprinkling of theocratic totalitarianism (they make great fodder for the war machine). So, you see how our media now in the US is no better than the propaganda outlets in Russia. We are all being fed the same lies and we are all being herded into tyranny.
When Russian Propaganda Meets American Pin-ups
I’ll leave you with some terrific art by someone who relishes freedom, while living in a communist regime. You can see he has great talent – just look past the communist propaganda aspect of it all. From The People’s Cube:

When a young illustrator from Moscow, Andrei Tarusov, decided to picture how the Winter Olympics might have looked in the old USSR if the erstwhile Soviet government hadn’t been so zealous in suppressing the sexuality of its citizens, he let his imagination run wild.
The result was an off-the-wall calendar that creatively combined Soviet propaganda poster art with vintage American pin-ups: scantily clad retro-babes in classic pin-up poses but with Soviet enthusiastic fire in their eyes, engaging in winter sports with athletic equipment from the 1940s and 1950s. The pictures were accompanied by rhymed slogans, written by the artist’s friend in the traditional propagandistic style with a new, ironic twist.
Tarusov contacted the Olympic Committee hoping it would sponsor his project in promoting the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi. Whether the Committee was protecting its reputation or it feared attacks from feminist groups, the answer was definitive “nyet.”
That’s when the artist decided to go solo with “crowdfunding” and posted the calendar, stripped of any official Olympic trademarks, on the Russian version of Kickstarter.com. His goal was to raise 120,000 rubles (USD $3,554) to cover the printing costs, but the result exceeded his expectations: donations from 1,493 people totaled 1,453,900 rubles (USD $43,060).

According to Tarusov, his calendar became “super famous in Russia,” resulting in a solid week of TV reporters crowding his apartment. This prompted him to create the English version, too.
Go to The People’s Cube and read it all… You’ll be glad you did.
While NBC fawns over Russian communism as a ‘Pivotal Experiment’ in history, the rest of the world might do well to remember the slaughter and misery that communism has produced as its fruit every single time it has been tried. You might want to review history before the red, white and blue goes an even deeper shade of red.
