ALERT: North Korea On Edge – Readying Nukes For Use, As We Speak!

Looks like North Korean leader Kim Jong-un[1] is getting frisky in a nuclear sense. He threw the equivalent of a military tantrum yesterday after the UN imposed the stiffest sanctions yet against the NoKos for their nuclear bomb endeavors and their ballistic missile games. Jong-un has now ordered the military there to have nuclear weapons ready to launch at a moment’s notice. This happened just hours after the vote at the UN. Then the little troll launched missiles out into the ocean for show. Classy. This is happening just before the largest US-South Korean joint war games ever. We won’t be invading North Korea, but there’s a fair chance they will attack us. There’s more than enough paranoia to go around and everyone has their finger on a button somewhere.

From Young Conservatives:

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has ordered his country’s nuclear weapons made ready for use at a moment’s notice, the official state news agency reported Friday.

Kim also said his country will ready its military so it is prepared to carry out pre-emptive attacks, calling the current situation very precarious, according to KCNA.

On Thursday, North Korea fired six short-range projectiles into the sea off its east coast, South Korean officials said, just hours after the U.N. Security Council approved the toughest sanctions on the North in two decades for its recent nuclear test and long-range rocket launch.

The firings also came shortly after South Korea’s National Assembly passed its first legislation on human rights in North Korea.

“No kind of sanctions will ever work on us, because we’ve lived under U.S. sanctions for more than half a century,” said Pyongyang resident Song Hyo Il. “And in the future, we’re going to build a powerful and prosperous country here, relying on our own development.”

Per the Daily Mail[3], the staunch sanctions will require that all countries must inspect cargo destined for and coming from North Korea, in all airports and sea ports. The resolution bans or restricts exports of coal, iron and iron ore and other minerals from North Korea, and prohibits the supply of aviation fuel including rocket fuel. Banking restrictions will be tightened and governments will be required to ban flights of any plane suspected of carrying contraband destined for North Korea. The resolution tightens an arms embargo by banning sales of small arms and bars vessels suspected of carrying illegal goods for North Korea from ports. Under the measure, UN member states will expel North Korean diplomats engaged in smuggling or other illegal activities. A total of 16 individuals and 12 entities were added to a UN sanctions blacklist, including North Korea’s NADA space agency and its spy agency, the Reconnaissance General Bureau. Luxury watches, snowmobiles, recreational watercraft such as Sea-Doos and sports equipment are banned from sale to North Korea in sanctions targeting Pyongyang’s elites. The tiny despot could easily set the world on fire and I think he would enjoy watching as it burned. Don’t be fooled… North Korea does not stand alone. They are backed by China, Russia and Iran. But for now, the Hermit Kingdom will have to live with the consequences… or I should say, their people will have to.
