John Hawkins Poll Results: On The Political Implications Of The GOP Senate Bill

Yesterday, I polled RWN's readers on this question,

"Do you think the GOP would be better off politically in 2008 if the Senate immigration plan passed or failed?"

The results?

Passed: 4%
Failed: 96%

Somehow, I don't think conservatives are buying into the spin that the politically smart thing to do was to support an incredibly unpopular amnesty bill.
