Whether it's because of the war in Iraq, Bush Dementia Syndrome, or just general foolishness, the Left is sinking deeper and deeper into an abyss of crazy on the foreign policy front.

For example, take Dennis Kucinich, a sitting Congressman who's running for President. He went on TV -- in SYRIA!!!! -- a hostile foreign nation that's allowing terrorists to come into Iraq to attack our troops, and said that, " "I feel the United States is engaging in an illegal occupation."

Let me be blunt: that is despicable, unpatriotic, un-American, and borderline treasonous.

No member of the US government should be running around in another country criticizing our foreign policy. So, that's bad enough. But, by doing this in Syria, Kucinich is helping to legitimize the attacks on American soldiers. I wonder how many Syrian jihadis are thinking, "We are doing the right thing by sneaking into Iraq and murdering American soldiers. Even Dennis Kucinich says the occupation is illegal!"

At a minimum, Dennis Kucinich should be censored by the House and quite frankly, if he had any honor or decency, he would resign in shame.
