Answer: I think either the "war on terror" or "war on radical Islam" would cover it adequately, because, "A war on Muslim terrorists and their supporters who target the United States," is a little too wordy.

Is any Islamic culture guaranteed to be anti-Western? I don't think so. There was a time when Islamic cultures in the Middle-East were comparable to and in some ways superior to Western cultures and I think that's possible again.

But, it's not going to happen as long as most of the Islamic World consists of backwards people, controlled by dictators, and overly influenced by thuggish radical Islamists who are allowed to run wild in defiance of the rule of law.
