John Hawkins AOL Problems With RWN?

I've had several people who use AOL tell me that they have problems reading RWN with certain browsers. If you are with AOL and are having a problem can you,

#1) Tell me about the problem in the comments section.

#2) Contact AOL's tech support and tell them about the problem?

I have tried contacting AOL, but I have gotten no reply back from them -- which is no big surprise. If you're not a customer, most ISPs don't care about your problems. So, that's why if you are a customer, it would be very helpful if you let AOL know you're having an issue. If they get several calls or emails, they'll probably get the issue fixed in a hurry.
