I believe this pic, which was sent to me this morning, may be what these people are looking for,

Setting aside the overly happy smile that doesn't go with the body and the fact that the body is too chubby for Palin, I blew it up in my graphics program and, yes, the head is pasted on.

PS: I probably just saved two days' worth of stories on the Daily Kos that would later be picked up by the New York Times and Keith Olbermann.
