CAIR Instructs Mosque Leaders Not To Speak With FBI Counterterrorism Officials…

This comes on the heels of CAIR publishing a list of American Islamophobes, which puts those persons in real danger from ISIS and other radical Islamists. I have some very close friends on that list, so I take this very seriously. CAIR doesn’t want Mosque leaders to speak to the FBI because they are knowingly hiding and enabling Jihadists.

From Weasel Zippers:

FBI Approaching U.S. Mosque Leaders for Questioning – CAIR

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today urged mosque and community leaders to seek the advice of an attorney if they are approached by the FBI for questioning.

CAIR says it has received reports from around the nation of mosque officials being asked to meet with FBI agents and then being pressed to inform on members of their congregations.

In an advisory to Muslim community leaders, CAIR recommended that before any meeting with the FBI or any law enforcement agency, American Muslim leaders should seek the advice of an attorney and have that attorney present at any meeting.

“American Muslim leaders and institutions should maintain positive relations with local and federal law enforcement authorities, but those relations must be built on respect for constitutionally-protected civil rights,” said CAIR Civil Rights Litigation Director Jenifer Wicks. “Consulting with an attorney is the best way to protect your rights”

All of this has very little to do with Constitutional rights. It has to do with the furtherance of Islam in America and a silent coup, using political correctness as a weapon. CAIR realizes that terror attacks in the US, carried out by individual and group assailants, are about to get monumentally worse and this is their legal way of covering their posterior. They are closing ranks and this is a bad sign.
