Obama Mentor Michael Pfleger Plays His Part in the Michael Brown/Eric Garner Spectacle

The infamous America-hater Jeremiah Wright isn’t the only kooky cleric to figure prominently in Obama’s radical background. There is also Michael Pfleger:

Friends and advisers, such as the Rev. Michael Pfleger, pastor of St. Sabina Roman Catholic Church in the Auburn-Gresham community on the South Side, who has known Obama for the better part of 20 years, help him keep that [moral] compass set, [Obama] says.

During the 2008 campaign, Obama was forced to scrub Pfleger’s endorsement from his website due to the priest’s alarmingly extremist views. As predicted at the time,

It might seem that [Obama] has no sense of gratitude toward those who support him, and who have helped shape his worldview. But if he gets into the White House, he’s sure to make it up to them in spades.

The racially driven anti-police spectacle we have been forced to endure for the past few weeks could be seen as part of the payoff. Pfleger — Chicago’s answer to the Colonel Kurtz character in Apocalypse Now — has predictably been doing his part to stir the pot of racial animus. A sample from one of his sermons at Saint Sabina:

“We’re going to shut down 79th and Racine… Let’s take it to the streets!”

Taking over the intersection, the group of more than 100 held periods of silence for Michael Brown and Eric Garner — two black men who were killed by police this summer. Garner was choked by an officer in New York; some witnesses have said Brown had his hands in the air when he was shot by a police officer in Ferguson, Mo.

Never mind that those witnesses were contradicted by more believable witnesses and by forensic evidence. That tidbit wasn’t considered relevant. Nor was it deemed worth noting that Garner’s supposed choking was overseen by a black police sergeant.

“Our justice system is broken. Body cameras don’t make a difference if we can see it and still don’t convict anybody,” Pfleger said during the service, referring to the body-mounted cameras that some have suggested as a panacea to police-involved violence.

Once again, evidence is dismissed as irrelevant. To moonbats, only the fictional narrative is real.

Pfleger shifted his inflammatory rhetoric into overdrive as he proclaimed that his objective is to “raise the consciousness of genocide.”

Two law-breakers who resisted arrest were killed by police, one in self-defense, the other by accident. Because of their sacred pigmentation, this is comparable to the Holocaust.

Here’s video of Pfleger defending his colleagues in the pseudo-religious anti-white racism industry, Louis Farrakhan and Jeremiah Wright:

It doesn’t matter if you package it as Protestantism like Wright, Islam like Farrakhan, liberalism like Obama, or Catholicism like Pfleger. Underneath, it is all the same ideology.
