SO WRONG! Stanford Band MOCKS Border Wall, During Alamo Bowl Halftime Show [VIDEO]

Stanford should be ashamed of themselves, but they don’t have that much sense. Don’t Mess With Texas. That age old adage was on display during the halftime show of the Alamo Bowl in San Antonio, Texas. Stanford University has no mascot because anything it chooses will be considered offensive to someone; they are political correctness personified. Under the definition of snowflake is a picture of the Stanford band. They came rolling into town to support their team in the Alamo Bowl against Texas Christian University and boy did it get wild and tense.

Deep in the heart of Texas, the fruitcakes from the Bay area mocked all things sacred to Texans: President Trump, Horned Frogs (the TCU mascot), the border wall, Whataburger, cowboy hats, queso and Texan pride. The Stanford band is known for poking fun during its performances, but this one may have gone too far. Audience members booed the band very loudly and deservedly so. The band also said, “Texans are so humble that they only made their Capitol building a tiny bit bigger than the nation’s Capitol!” They used to be their own country you morons. Everything is ‘bigger’ in Texas. They are really lucky all they got were boos.

The band opened the show claiming the entire show was sponsored by the White House Press Office and named it “Texas: Too Big to Fail?” I would love it if California would just finished going bankrupt already and be done with it. Texas is solvent… California isn’t. The band quickly assembled the words “Fake” and “News.” Yikes, the level of self awareness does not run very high with these people. The left is THE SOURCE of fake news, so I guess they would know. “Our next fun fact: Texas has nothing unique about it. Everything is super normal here,” an announcer said. They would mock ‘normalcy’ coming from the Bay area. Texans also know what morality is, which is foreign to these people.

The show’s announcer read more “fun facts” such as “Texas is really, really, small” and that Texans rank last in state pride. It sounds like a third grader wrote it. Well, to be fair, most college kids act like third graders nowadays so, kind of hard to decipher. It’s petulant and just plain rude to come to someone else’s stadium and pull this kind of stunt. I don’t find it funny in the least.

The announcer then said, “If you tried to build a fifty-foot wall along the entire southern border, the cost of it could only pay for the tuition of about 20 million college students.” Yeah, all of them from California and demanding free tuition, a la Bernie Sanders and socialism. The boos quickly began to ramp up. They then took a shot at the sacred cow of Texas: Whataburger. They had the audacity to call it “Waterburger, a food chain that apparently only serves water.” Gee, if I was cynical I would think that was an innuendo wishing the team had drowned in Hurricane Harvey or something. The boos were thunderous. “It’s halftime at the #AlamoBowl and Stanford’s band just dissed Whataburger. I hope they have a police escort after (the game) because the crowd is pissed,” Twitter user @sammill77 wrote. You just don’t mess with Whataburger in Texas.

Whataburger responded with a tweet. “Maybe if the Stanford band had some Whataburger they wouldn’t be so unhappy.” Class act Whataburger, class act. It’s far more than Stanford deserves.

Trying to score free food out of the exchange, the degenerates from out West responded.

Later, the little Marxists took advantage of the free food. You knew they would… it’s that entitlement mentality at work. And I’m sure they weren’t thankful in the least.

After the band mocked the TCU Horned Frog mascot, the football team got fired up and came from behind to win the game 39-37. There’s something deeply satisfying seeing TCU stomp Stanford after all that. It was the ninth consecutive bowl appearance for the Cardinals, a school record, but the first in the San Antonio-based bowl. The teams have met twice previously, in 2007 and 2008, with TCU winning both games. The Horned Frogs fourth-ranked rushing defense went up against Stanford and running back Bryce Love, who has rushed for 1,973 yards this season.

Don’t Mess With Texas. Good enough for a Lone Star state, good enough for football.
