MORE Bad Bad News for Megyn Kelly , Do You Feel Sorry For Her?

It just keeps getting worse and worse for Megyn Kelly. I almost feel bad for her… almost. Just when you think she can’t sink any lower in the ratings, she outdoes herself. She still has not hit rock bottom and NBC is in a panic over it. They spent a lot of money on Megyn’s hyped talent and she’s cratering them. Last night she only got 3.1 million viewers. That’s down from the pathetic 3.21 million the week before.

Her last two programs have lost out to reruns of Dateline from years ago. And again, her show lost to reruns of 60 Minutes and America’s Funniest Home Videos. NBC is now openly wondering, as are viewers, if Kelly’s show will even return at all after football season. Many are praying it won’t. I think NBC is realizing now that they made a very costly mistake. What worked at Fox is not working for them. Not at all.

It looks like NBC talent Megyn Kelly still has not hit rock bottom.

Sunday Night with Megyn Kelly reached another low for total viewers last night, this time only getting 3.1 million total viewers compared to the measly 3.21 million total viewers Kelly got the week before when she established her previous low, according to Nielsen data.

As Breitbart News has reported, Kelly’s last two programs have failed to beat out a years-old rerun of Dateline that ran during the Fourth of July holiday weekend when Kelly took a week off. The years-old rerun of Dateline that ran in Kelly’s time slot got 3.73 million total viewers and averaged .5 rating in the coveted 18-49 demo. Kelly’s last two programs have averaged a .4 rating in the 18-49 demo.

Once again, Kelly’s show lost to reruns of 60 Minutes and America’s Funniest Home Videos.

At 7 pm on NBC, “Sunday Night with Megyn Kelly” drew a 0.4 rating among adults ages 18-49. Not good. In fact, it’s horrible. It’s the lowest rating since she debuted in June – her highest was third in this time slot and it has all been downhill from there. Kelly also matched a series low in the key demo.

After a highly-rated run at Fox News, Kelly was hired by NBC this year and is debuting a new morning show in September. Well, maybe. At this rate, who knows? Megyn Kelly is attractive and smart, but you have to know your audience. Those that watch NBC tend to be progressive and they already didn’t like Kelly. Then she ticked the right off with her Trump attacks. She even went after Ted Cruz. I guess Megyn thought she was invincible or something. Evidently not. Looks like she may soon be unemployed in the media. She made that bed, now she can lay in it.
