As more and more Americans chime in about San Francisco 49ers player Colin Kaepernick over his ignorant refusal to stand for the National Anthem, we turn to the New York Giants to see how they responded in a respectful and utterly silent way that spoke volumes.
Late last week, Kapernick refused to stand for the anthem because, he says, the USA is filled with racists that won’t let minorities get ahead… um, despite that he is a minority, has been made a multi-millionaire, and is famous… but we won’t let facts get in the way of his feeeelings.
All weekend Americans have been slamming the player and his team for the whole thing. As far as the 49ers are concerned, they support Kapernick 100%… it IS San Francisco, after all.
John Hawkins's book 101 Things All Young Adults Should Know is filled with lessons that newly minted adults need in order to get the most out of life. Gleaned from a lifetime of trial, error, and writing it down, Hawkins provides advice everyone can benefit from in short, digestible chapters.
But the New York Giants replied to the stand/no stand controversy by doing this on Saturday…
Pretty deliberate sideline for the Giants during the anthem tonight. All players and staff standing. pic.twitter.com/5iqUJp4eqQ

Plainly, while San Francisco is infested with anti-Americans, we find that the Big Apple isn’t.
