I pray that if I’m ever put in the position where I have to make a choice between God and avoiding the wrath of the world, I have this woman’s strength[1]:

A Christian baker who faced virulent protest and eventually lost her shop after refusing to make a wedding cake[2] for a lesbian couple took to her Facebook page Monday to reveal what she says are the “two huge lies” contemporary culture has embraced.

“Our culture has accepted 2 huge lies. The first is that if you disagree with someone’s lifestyle, you must fear or hate them,” wrote Melissa Klein[3], owner of the embattled Sweet Cakes by Melissa bakery. “Second is that to love someone means that you must agree with everything they believe or do. Both are nonsense.

Amen to that.

Here’s the update:

Post[4] by Sweet Cakes by Melissa[5].

Her clear declaration that she doesn’t hate the people who’s lifestyle she disagrees with didn’t stop the left from calling her a bigot.

Because if you don’t agree with them, you’re a hater.

This is how the left’s mind works. We think they’re wrong. They think we’re evil.

Remember that next time you run into them.
