Okay, this is a little embarrassing but when I watched this video I was caught offguard and I cried and was covered in chills. Probably because despite anti-American liberals’ efforts to make Americans feel ashamed for the United States, this beautiful moment at a recent AFC Wild Card game reminded me that America is an amazing place and STILL the light on the hill that Reagan talked about often.
As the National Anthem was played prior to the game, not only did the crowd participate in singing, something that doesn’t always happen, but there was something special that was done that resulted in uproarious cheers as people rose to their feet with pride.
While the music played and the crowd sang, a bald eagle named Challenger was released and soared across the stadium much to the crowd’s satisfaction and glee. The eagle had a camera strapped to its back, so you can see the crowd from his perspective and also see the large American flag being held over the field.×
