I could have sworn this was an episode of “Married…with Children,” but a Kentucky man was jailed for having a library book overdue for eleven years.  Best thing about it? He’s a Democrat running for statewide office.  Johnathan Masters is running for Kentucky Lt. Governor, and was recently pulled over for an expired sticker on his car until the officer ran his license…

Defending himself to Fox News, he said he had never even withdrawn a library book in Kenton County, where he claims the charge originates.

Of the arrest, Masters said: ‘I thought he was going to let me go because he was real friendly, but then he went back to his patrol car and was gone for about 15 minutes.

‘When he came back, he asked me, “Did you take out a library book 11 years ago?”

Master’s denies the charge.  He’s the running mate of Gubernatorial candidate Geoff Young.
