Group of Sheriffs Saw Beyonce’s Anti-Cop Halftime Show… Did THIS in Response

Now we’re promoting the anti-police narrative at the Super Bowl? A family friendly, good time sport celebration…has now become corrupt with the agenda of some Hollywood Brat’s political stance[1]…against Police- AND the NFL allowed this to happen!? Well…there is a group of Sheriffs that aren’t going to stay silent on the matter…

On Sunday, the National Sheriff’s Association, meeting for its annual winter conference in Washington, D.C., took a break from its event to watch the Super Bowl.

During the Super Bowl halftime show, Beyonce performed a snippet of her hit song Formation, which the association considers to be anti-police.

The members showed their disapproval with the NFL. They stood, turned their backs and turned off the volume and video.

Formation is becoming a rallying cry for some members of the Black Lives Matter movement. The video shows a flooded New Orleans and graffiti that reads, “Stop shooting us.”

The Sheriff’s Association president, Sheriff Danny Glick from Laramie County, Wyoming, said the group has called on the NFL to do a better job in the future in choosing less controversial halftime entertainment.

Even before Sunday’s performance, Beyonce’s new music video was entangled in controversy. Only hours after the release of her Formation video, social media sites were praising Beyonce for her work.

Except for two documentary filmmakers who claimed that “Queen B” did not have permission to use some of their footage.

Chris Black, a Los Angeles based filmmaker joined with director Abteen Bagheri, to create a documentary about the New Orleans dance culture. The film is called “The B.E.A.T.”

Black said he was not asked for permission for his footage to appear in the video.

A representative for Beyoncé told Entertainment Weekly that those clips were purchased fairly. “The documentary footage was used with permission and licensed from the owner of the footage,” the representative said. “They were given proper compensation. The footage was provided to us by the filmmaker’s production company. The filmmaker is listed in the credits for additional photography direction.”

I stand with the Sheriffs, because the other option is standing with idiots. No thanks.
