HAH! Privileged Crybaby Yale Students Fail SPECTACULARLY at “Hunger Strike”

Remember when there were real ‘men’. Like men and women who took a stance, made a threat to protect that stance… and stuck with it? Men like Mahatma Gandhi, who undertook 17 fasts during India’s freedom movement, some lasting as many as 21 days. Well, in the snowflake movement, there are no ‘men’, there are only whiny adult children who can’t even to stick to the hunger strike they threatened to do.

Earlier this week, a group of Yale University graduate students made the grand announcement that they would be undertaking a hunger strike to pressure the administration into granting them better union benefits. They said they would be striking in front of University President Peter Salovey’s home.

“Yale wants to make us wait and wait and wait … until we give up and go away,” the eight members of the graduate student union Local 33 announced. “We have committed ourselves to waiting without eating.”

The Yale doctoral students already get a stipend $30,000 a year, receive free health care, and have their $40,000 tuition paid in full, BUT THAT’S NOT ENOUGH FRREBIES! The idiotic University administration responded that they understood the students concerns, but “strongly [urge] that students not put their health at risk or encourage others to do so.”

Sooooo it looks like a ‘symbolic’ hunger strike was led by the graduate students. I’m not saying they walked right over to the local buffet, but you can imagine how it all went down. It probably started with 1 bite of stale bread after fasting for an hour, then chocolate and then the ‘hunger strike’ became a ‘symbolic hunger strike’. WHO EVER died from not eating a day or two? C’mon snowflakes, fasting actually does a body good! But it seems your beliefs are not as powerful as your tummy hunger pains. That’s okay go have a Sammy and fill that tummy!

These Yale students reflect a terrible disease growing in our culture. In John Hawkins’ New book ‘101 Things All Young Adults Should Know’, he teaches in chapter 17 of the book ‘ If you want to know what a person really believes, watch their actions’. Story after story like this shows that millennials have a terribly weak belief system. They are unable to be strong, skip a few meals and stand up for something their words say they believe in deeply. If their beliefs were deeper, they would be prepared to make any sacrifice to stand up for what they believe in. Their actions are very clear, and very sad, they really don’t believe in anything important to themselves.
