Homeowner grabs gun after spotting drone on his property

drone2We don’t recommend that you try this at home, but apparently it turned out well for a man tired of a drone spying on him. Larry Breaux pulled out his shotgun and went after the pesky nuisance. And apparently he was a good shot.

The Federalist Papers and Little Things report,

drone1When homeowner Larry Breaux heard an odd buzzing sound coming from his front yard, his curiosity forced him to look out the window. But when he saw an odd looking device fluttering around, he instantly assumed what it was, and why it was in front of his home.

To thicken the plot, Breaux believes he is being specifically targeted by his neighbors because of a sign he put up on his property. The sign in question was placed by the proud homeowner on his front yard, it was placed there to advertise his newly formed lemonade company.

But not everyone in the neighborhood seems to appreciate the new sign. Breaux alleges that he received an anonymous phone call one night, and when he picked up the phone all he heard was a man saying, “get rid of your eyesore sign or you won’t have any privacy.” While there’s nothing to prove the truth behind his claims, at the 1:35 mark in this video, we have to admit that the homeowner might have a point!

drone3Inside Edition did their own investigation, interviewing Breaux. There is a weird twist to the story halfway through the video however, all may not be as it seems! Watch the video below.
