Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump wanted the world to hear the facts behind his proposal to temporarily ban all Muslims from entering the United States.

MSNBC Morning Joe host Joe Scarborough wanted to control the conversation. As a result, the show want to a commercial break as Trump was trying to explain his plan.

As Trump explained his proposal, he and the show’s hosts both wanted to talk at the same time.

“You’ve got to let us actually ask questions, you’re just talking,” Scarborough said.

“Joe, I’m not just talking — I’m giving you the facts,” Trump replied.

“We will go to break if you keep talking,” Scarborough said,
Trump took him up on the dare and Scarborough followed through.

“Go to break, go to break, go to break right now,” he said. “We’ll be right back with more Morning Joe.”

Prior to that, Trump had been asked by co-host Mika Brzezinksi whether his plan was counterproductive.

“No, I think it is something that has to be done,” Trump said. “I think it is a temporary move. I am not looking at this long term. I am looking at it temporary. We have to get our hands around a very serious problem. Look at what happened in Paris, the horrible carnage, and frankly Mika, if you look at Paris…it is no longer the same city it was,” Trump explained.

Wars are not won by merciful men…they are won by men that take action instead of waiting to be acted upon. Do you agree with Trump?
