“Queering” California History Books: The Final “Frontier”

The “queering” of California’s future generations through the schools is well underway with a number of laws and policies already in place.: :  However,:  radical gay agendists are not yet satisfied. There is a new bill, which will be heard Wednesday in Sacramento, which : takes the LGBT agenda into: the:  “final frontier:”:  rewriting history books to include gay and lesbian history and to make “manditory” a curriculum which poses the gay, lesbian, transgender lifestyle in a “favorable light.: :  In other words, parents will not be able to have their children “opt out” of coursework to which they object, as they can do now.

This is where the “tolerance”” of the gay lifestyle by some conservatives,:  like me, ends.:  The safety, mental health, happiness and INNOCENCE of children cannot be violated by teachers in classrooms any more.

The time to take a stand for the education and protection:  of California children is now.:  Contacts are farther down in this post.

I am one of the conservative political writers around the country to support the inclusion of the conservative gay group GOProud at the Conservative Political Action Conference this year. I call upon GOProud to take a stand AGAINST the indoctrination/ oversexualization of children in the public schools.:  The gay movement’s attempts to “distance” itself from pedophilia are to be commended.:  This is the chance to show true leadership and advocate ONLY for the life-style choices made by consenting adults.:  Injecting this re-written history and sex propaganda into elementary classrooms is child abuse, pure and simple.:  Parents who subject their children to this kind of bombardment have lost custody in California family law courts.:  Take a stand for CHILDREN, GOProud.

Read SB 48

  • This bill seeks to inject controversial politics into California’s classrooms, textbooks and instructional material at a time when study after study and statistic after statistic points to a battered and dysfunctional California school system. :
  • Contrary to SB 48’s title, the bill is not fair or inclusive. The bill is not inclusive because its main goal is to single out people whose viewpoints diverge from the homosexual, bisexual or transgender lifestyles. For example, many groups in California object to such a lifestyle for many reasons including but not limited to conviction, principle, religion, or a set of morals.
  • A person’s contribution in social sciences should be judged according to their work not their sexual preference. For example free market advocate, Friedrich August von Hayek, is judged for his contribution as an economist and a political philosopher winning prestigious recognition like his Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences in 1974. He is not judged based on his sexual preference instead he is judged for his contribution in the social science field of economics.
  • Amending current code to prohibit material that adversely represents a group of people based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, nationality, or sexual orientation, is at least, glossing over true history. Race, ethnicity, gender, religion, nationality, or sexual orientation can and has, historically, played a role in some of humanities worst crimes. September 11th was an act of radical Islamic terrorist, Nazi Germany was birthed out of German nationalism seeking ethnic cleansing, the Hutu and Tutsi conflict in Rwanda was part of ethnic tensions; those are only three subjects affected by SB 48’s attempt to inaccurately retell history. As proposed in SB 48, textbook will adversely affect and inaccurately retell history’s harsh reality.
  • : Every social science school material, including textbooks, will be deemed in violation of these bill should it become law because a history book discussing male historical figures whose wives (or vice versa) played a vital role in their achievements may be deemed by LGBT community supporters or members as adversely reflecting their community. Thus, California, currently facing a chronic budget deficit that stands at $25 billion, would be required to purchase new materials and books in order to suit the bill’s demands.
  • It is unfair to task children and students, many of which are struggling with basic math, language, reading, and science skills necessary for productiveness, with more politically divisive material that will not further their academic advancement.:

This new bill for textbooks is an addition to : many pro-LGBT laws already in effect in California schools:
ACR 82, approved by the California Legislature in 2010, creates de facto “morality-free zones” at participating schools (pre-kindergarten through public universities). Schools that become official “Discrimination-Free Zones” will “enact procedures” (including mandatory counseling) against students from pre-kindergarten on up who are accused of “hate,” “intolerance,” or “discrimination.” How? By peacefully speaking or writing against the unnatural lifestyles of “sexual orientation” (homosexuality and bisexuality) and “gender identity” (transsexuality and cross-dressing), which are included in this measure. Could students, teachers, and parents who visit campus, who speak up for man-woman marriage, biological gender differences, and Biblical values be penalized too?

SB 572, signed by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger in 2009, establishes “Harvey Milk Day” in K-12 California public schools and community colleges. In classrooms, schools, and school districts that participate, children will now be taught to admire the life and values of late homosexual activist and teen predator Harvey Milk of San Francisco the month of May. According to the reputable biography, “The Mayor of Castro Street: The Life and Times of Harvey Milk” by Randy Shilts, Milk repeatedly engaged in adult-child sex, advocated for polygamous homosexual relationships, and told a very public lie because he thought it would get him ahead. Since SB 572 requires participating schools to make children perform “exercises remembering the life of Harvey Milk,” kids could be taught to support and emulate these very bad values.:  [See World Net Daily article on Shilts’ book on Milk]

AB 537, signed by Gov. Gray Davis in 1999, permits teachers and students to openly proclaim and display their homosexuality, bisexuality or transsexuality, even permitting cross-dressing teachers, school employees and student on campus, in classrooms, and in rest rooms. It’s all being done under the banner of “non-discrimination” on the basis of “sexual orientation” (in all its forms) and “gender” (however subjectively defined).

SB 71, signed by Gov. Davis in 2003 and implemented in 2008 through the new “sexual health” standards approved by appointees of Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and State Superintendent of Public Instruction Jack O’Connell, teaches children as young as 5th grade that any consensual sexual behavior is “safe” as long as you “protect” yourself with a condom, and teaches children that homosexuality, bisexuality and transsexuality is “normal.”
SB 777, signed by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger in 2007, prohibits all public school instruction and every school activity from “promoting a discriminatory bias” against (effectively requiring positive depictions of) transsexuality, bisexuality, and homosexuality to schoolchildren as young as five years old. SB 777 means children will be taught their “gender” is a matter of choice. When fully implemented, SB 777 will affect everything on campus — classroom instruction, instructional materials, textbooks, guest speakers, handouts, videos, sex education, drama, music, school assemblies, sports teams, homecoming games, school proms, school clubs, etc. There is no “opt out” for parents.
AB 394, signed by Gov. Schwarzenegger in 2007, effectively promotes transsexual, bisexual, and homosexual indoctrination of students, parents, and teachers via “anti-harassment” and “anti-discrimination” materials, to be publicized in classrooms and assemblies, posted on walls, incorporated into curricula on school websites, and distributed in handouts to take home.
What’s more, beyond these school sexual indoctrination laws:

1. There is no California statute prohibiting public school teachers from promoting any legal sexual lifestyle or sexual practice.
2. Schools can and do hold lesbian-gay-bisexual-transgender “diversity day,” “week” or “month.”
3. Schools can and many do permit the pro-“LGBT” “Day of Silence”: every April.
4. Districts must permit “Gay-Straight Alliance” clubs on high school and junior high campuses.

All this over-emphasis on sexuality, while California schools fail MISERABLY at providing the basics of a good education:

:  Are public schools a “red light zone”? 12% of high schools “dropout factories”
:  Study debunks “good schools” myth :  Government schools increasingly anti-parent
:  Calif. public schools among worst Half of Calif. black, Latino students drop out
Half of LAUSD students drop out How public schools misspend taxpayer money
:  Public schools cause “dumb-ification”

The first Education Committee meeting hearing for SB 48 is scheduled for next Weds. March 16th at 9 am in Sacramento, room 4203. Concerned Parents United are asking parents, pastors, and everyone opposed to this bill to come and speak against it. The contact is Elizabeth Swanson. : There are more suggested action items and more discussion of what the bill will do at this link.:  [http://www.concernedparentsunited.com]:
