The Top 5: Superhero Moments

Over at Big Hollywood, John Nolte wrote a piece called, Top 5: Superhero Moments[1]. That’s a great concept for an article, but I only agreed with one of his selections. So, I thought I’d put together my own list. Enjoy!

X-Men: The last stand at the end of the movie brawl that featured the X-Men taking on Magneto’s army of mutants.

Superman 2: When Superman got his powers back and defeated Zod and his 2 minions in the big, end of movie, blow-off fight.

Iron Man: When Tony Stark realized that there were terrorists using HIS weapons to subjugate a village, he personally showed up and took care of the situation by killing them and, in particularly cool fashion, blowing up a tank.

Spider-Man: It’s tough to pick a particular moment from Spider-Man, because it has several exceptional moments in it, but the one that really sticks out is Uncle Ben’s talk with Peter where he drops that classic line, “With great power comes great responsibility.”

The Crow: An invincible Brandon Lee slaughters an entire room full of thugs with guns, knives, and his bare hands while a slamming sound track plays in the background.
