Our world is in peril. With radical Islam mounting a holy war of unspeakable barbarity and with the world’s superpower’s “leader” refusing to recognize the danger, many Americans are living in fear. Western Journalism details the declaration by a Christian NFL player who says we might be in serious trouble:

It started with a lengthy posting to his Facebook page — a condemnation of the slaughter of Christians by Islamic terrorists and a warning that such hateful persecution could spread to America:

“…we must WAKE UP from our slumber, be on guard and stand firm. A house divided against itself cannot stand. Spiritual unity in the body will help us weather the coming storms.”

Now, NFL star Benjamin Watson, a tight end for the New Orleans Saints, finds himself the center of attention online and on TV — not for his football prowess but for his eloquent and compelling expression of his unshakeable faith.

Watson visited with Fox News’ Greta Van Susteren about his concerns over Christians in many parts of the world being killed “merely because they believe in Jesus Christ.”

“It won’t be long, I believe, until we may be facing some of the same things here.”

I sincerely hope Mr. Watson is wrong; however, we must face the fact that our world is becoming more and more dangerous for Christians and Jews so long as radical Islam is on the rise.
