Wage Gap Myth EXPOSED!

Wage Gap Myth EXPOSED!

Some myths never seem to die. And the wage gap myth is one of them. Liberals whine about the supposed gap but facts prove otherwise. The next time your friends try to tell you there’s a wage gap, grab this meme and have them read it.

A study commissioned by the U.S. Department of Labor came to “the unambiguous conclusion that the differences in the compensation of men and women are the result of a multitude of factors and that the raw wage gap should not be used as the basis to justify corrective action. Indeed, there may be nothing to correct. The differences in raw wages may be almost entirely the result of the individual choices being made by both male and female workers.”

When making comparisons, we have to make sure we are comparing apples to apples, not to oranges. Apples to apples facts on wage gap show it does not exist. Period. Truth matters.
