California Parents Suing School For Treating 7 Year-Old Son Like A Boy When He Feels Like A Girl

A couple of progressive, free and open Southern California parents, Priya Shah and Jaspret Brar, are now suing a private school for allegedly discriminating against their seven year-old transgender child, Nikki, who according to science and biology – is male…but don’t tell these parents that…they might sue.

How do we live in a world where a perfectly capable and loving mother gets her children stolen from her by the government because of a low IQ, yet parents that accept and promote gender dysphoria and deny science in their 7 year-old boy, do not?

Everything is just disgustingly backwards, it’s frightening.

According to the parents complaint, the Heritage Oak Private Education school in Yorba Linda “unlawfully discriminated against Nikki” and gives a detailed account: “Heritage Oak repudiated Nikki’s core identity. It refused to use the name, pronoun, and gender corresponding to Nikki’s gender identity, required Nikki to wear the boy’s uniform and use the boy’s restroom, and failed to address the bullying that Nikki was subjected to because of her gender identity and gender expression.”

The complaint also reports on the harm that Nikki allegedly sustained:

Seven-year-old Nikki became depressed and talked about self-harm; she isolated herself socially and would not play with other children at recess because she could not be herself with them; she would not participate in school-related events after hours when she had to wear boy’s clothes; and she felt that the school was blocking her “inner light.” On the day when she tore a photograph of herself in half and cried out, “I hate myself,” Nikki’s parents had no choice but to remove her from the school and homeschool her for the rest of the year.

All along in its “statement of facts,” it detailed out the specifics of the case, with the complaint asserting: “It is a scientific truth that, for certain children, their inner sense of themselves—their gender identity—does not correspond to the sex assigned to them at birth.”

Wrong. It is not scientific truth. It is a lie.

The suit takes a hint from the California civil rights law, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of gender, which includes biological sex along with “gender identity and gender expression.”

The school has already released a statement that they had accommodated older transgender students without a problem and that it had tried to work with Nikki’s parents, but that they rejected they way they did things.

Does anyone want to question why? I’m sure we can come up with some reason, but I’ll just err on the side of caution and say that the parents seem to be using the spotlight for their ‘son’s’ fake controversy. Yeah, I said son.
