Obamacare Nightmare — ‘Thanks to Obamacare I Will Not Have Insurance in March’

Nearly 5 million Americans were dropped from their healthcare in 2013 as a result of Obamacare. While numbers of enrollees into Obamas nationalized healthcare plan dwindle, more and more Americans are being kicked off their current plan. The newest victim of the healthcare killing Obamacare parasite is the Gateway Pundit founder Jim Hoft who has been one of the biggest advocates for the Tea Party and ‘We the People’. Last year I watched his blog as he fell critically ill and nearly died, Jim just released his newest health update that he is being dropped from his lifesaving medical plan.[1]

In 2013, I defeated life threatening illness. I lost sight in my left eye, suffered five strokes, lost my prosthetic knee and underwent major heart surgery.

But I survived. God gave me a second chance.

But, the Obamacare bureaucracy was a different story. I will not have health insurance in March.

In August 2013 I became very sick[3]: with what I thought was a cold. After a few days I lost vision in my left eye and I checked into the hospital. I soon found out that what I thought was a summer cold was actually Strep bacteria poisoning my blood stream. The bacteria blinded my left eye, ate a hole through my heart, caused five strokes on both sides of my brain and forced the removal of my prosthetic left knee.

Dr. Richard Lee was the surgeon assigned to perform open heart surgery. What was originally scheduled to last four hours ended up lasting twelve[4]. My heart was severely damaged. Dr. Lee later told me the surgery was one of the most difficult of his career. He also said I only had a few days to live without the surgery.

Thanks to the excellent insurance I carried I was able to receive life-saving medical treatment at St. Louis University Hospital.

Then in December I found out I was going to lose my insurance[5]. The company that carried me left the Missouri market. I had to find something else.

My insurance ran out in February. Last week I signed up for a different health insurance plan, with a different insurance company. Thankfully, I had the money to pay the high premium. But, unfortunately, I will not be covered until April. The agent told me it will take weeks to process my application. He told me the lag time was due to Obamacare. So in March I will not have health insurance.
Please pray for me and pray for the suffering Americans. Why is our government doing this to us?

I know Jim wonders with the rest of us ‘What is the government trying to do to us?’. But after years of decreasing liberties and personal choices due to an over restrictive government I begin to wonder if the answer is right there. That answer is still something I’m not ready to accept because this is still ‘Merica for as long as there is breath in me. God bless her and stand beside her!
