Caught On VIDEO: Woman Gets Shock of Her Life While Filming Rainbow
When a woman decided to record a rainbow on an overcast day, she ended up getting the surprise of her life! Just seconds into the calm video, lightning strikes incredibly close to her house, letting off a loud boom and flashes of blinding light.
A video published online late last week appears to show lightning strike next to a woman who merely went outside to record a rainbow.
The woman wrote on YouTube that she went outside and observed both “peace and quiet” when the one thing she “had not expected” occurred, according to a Google translation of her description.
The entire incident was captured and published online in a 13 second video. At the time of publication, the footage had amassed 38,000 views on YouTube.
Of course, she maybe shouldn’t have been too surprised, considering the cloudy sky. Still, it’s rare to catch lightning on video, so this will surely be an encounter she’ll remember forever.
