Government May Seize Land for Islamic 9/11 Memorial
Written By : Van Helsing

The gargantuan mihrab the government has scene fit to construct as a memorial to Flight 93 for some reason requires 1,500 acres of highly valuable, resource-rich land. The people who own it may not want to sell, considering many regard the memorial as a tribute to the hijackers, not the heroes who prevented them from crashing to plane into the Capitol or White House. But that’s okay, the government can just seize the property:

The federal government issued an ultimatum … to people who own land designated for the Flight 93 memorial in Western Pennsylvania: They have one week to reach an agreement on the sale of their land or the government will initiate proceedings to seize it.

The order came hours after Interior Secretary Ken Salazar and U.S. Sen. Arlen Specter (D., Pa.) met with people who own 500 acres in and around the Shanksville area, where Flight 93 crashed on Sept. 11, 2001, and with victims’ relatives eager to see the memorial built in time for the 10th anniversary of the terrorist attacks.

Here’s a little reminder of the grotesquely inappropriate design our moonbat rulers have settled on:

According to the National Park Service Fact Sheet on the Flight 93 National Memorial:

By law, lands may only be purchased from willing sellers for the Flight 93 National Memorial.

But rule of law is so pre–Hope and Change.
