9:54 – I had some seriously unbelievable technical issues. Like, my whole neighborhood was powerless so I apologize.
9:58 – Wow. Did he really just attack the Supreme Court? Had anyone ever gone after the SCOTUS like that?
10:05 – If Obama REALLY wanted a bipartisan effort, he’d quit addressing the Republican and Democratic parties and start addressing the US Congress.
10:07 – “As a candidate I promised that I would end this war. And that’s what I am doing as President.”
10:07 – “Make no mistake” for the 348749th time. If you’ve been drinking on that one, I’m saying a prayer for your liver.
10:09 – He just promised that in four years we will secure all the nuclear material in the world – wait, really? I didn’t think he could top his campaign promises.
10:11 – He just stated that the world is more united than when he took office. Who’s buying that? Tell that to the Israelis who are burning his flag. Tell that to the Indonesians who are tearing down the statue that they had built for him. Unbelievable.
10:12 – I’m having trouble with this speech. I really expected this to be better than it is.

Ed Morrissey gives him an A for delivery. I disagree – he felt very defensive. Which, in some ways he had to be. He knows how badly he’s losing. He was relaxed when he was attacking the Republicans, and uncomfortable when we was addressing the people. Krauthammer describes his tone as strained.
